Pretty Soldier Sailor Rosalina

I actually made a poll regarding Sailor Nintendo in January, lol... Long time in the making >.<

I usually try to draw original things, and I realize this has been done a hundred times. But for some reason, none of the sailor costumes fit my vision of it; they are often the regular fuku with princess-related colours... I wanted to make something closer to the original designs, but that still looked like something out of Sailormoon.

Now, Rosalina's original dress is rather different than Peach and Daisy's, so I obviously couldn't draw her in the basic fuku. Hers mimics the shape of her dress and the bottom of her skirt. She is constantly hovering and her dress and ribbons flow around her. She doesn't have gloves per say.

Her item is her magic wand, but it only appears when she needs to attack. Since it's very simple and its design never changes, I haven't drawn it
