Queen of the Sea King

So... a few months ago, I drew this for who had won a sailor fuku design contest with this picture: (which is awesome). She had asked me to draw one of her Moon Mamas, Riva of Neptune .

This picture is actually my first sketch for it... I can't remember why exactly I decided to draw a different one... maybe her expression? In any case, I decided to scan and colour it in the end

The title is a reference to the fact that Neptune is the sea king planet in Japanese... and also me being lazy

The background is some scrapbooking paper, as often.
